SkyMedia ™ product, developed by In-Transit Communications, Inc., and marketed by Phoenix-based InFlight Media Group, will provide air travelers with a new source of information on seatback tray tables. For airlines, this unprecedented and cost-effective marketing tool encompasses a multitude of strategic advantages, from influencing and solidifying marketing partner alliances, to announcements of new service, media packaging and millions of dollars in additional revenue.

Tray table messages will vary depending on the promotional goals of the airline and its marketing partners -- credit card companies, telecommunications, automotive, financial institutions, cruises, car rentals, hotels, resorts and others.

"SkyMedia is the right product, at the right time, for the right reasons," said Mr. Nick Pajic, President and CEO of InFlight Media Group. "It gives airlines a new revenue stream at a time when they need it the most."

ITCs product is easy to install, and virtually maintenance-free. Only the top tray surface is available for promotions; ads will be visible in a "serving" tray position only, introducing unparalleled marketing opportunities to otherwise difficult to reach affluent business and leisure travelers.

"In-Transit Communications assumes all financial risk, and guarantees revenue sharing to airlines — regardless of our financial performance, " says Mr. Dave Sanders, Chairman and President of ITC.

With more than 18 years of in-depth experience in all aspects of magazine publishing operations, Pajic has been successful in magazine startups, turnarounds, and magazine franchising as well as day-to day operations for travel, health, lifestyles and airline publications.

"Pajics strong leadership skills, in-depth understanding of the inflight audience, innovative marketing and sales strategies are some of the key ingredients in successful positioning of our product to airlines," added Mr. Sanders. "I knew from the very beginning," said Mr. Jim Whitman, a commercial pilot from Scottsdale, Arizona, who originally conceived the idea, "that if I can bring Sanders and Pajic together, this was going to happen sooner or later."

InFlight Media Group is currently in discussion with several major U.S. and international airlines, with plans to announce its first contract by the second quarter of 2002. SkyMedia will be promoted at the upcoming Aircraft Interiors trade show, to be held in Hamburg, Germany, April 9 - 11, 2002.
